The Words Go Away

Words do not stay long in my brain. My brain must deem them irrelevant to my life, which can be very interesting when I need them. When they show up they are magnificent - I could listen to them all day (as my brain narrates the thoughts). And then comes the paper and pencil or the keyboard, the narration poetically describing the images my brain displays for ethereal and earthbound translation, and somehow those signals don't reach my hands (or lips, hahaha).

I also experience my brain catching me before I speak saying, "Do these words matter? Try simplifying them. simplify them more, what is the root of the thought? Nothing - that is what I thought. So, there is nothing to say."

And that is that.

Nothing.
